Read to put some insulation under my heater box 69 roadrunner (on inside of firewall) but not sure what to use.
What has everyone done? Should i be installing this sort of thing

Do i just install some of the floor stuff on the firewall like some of you have done? What should i be doing?
What have you all done? Photos please, Also behind the back seat is there meant to be anything between seat and trunk? I have seen photos where some of you have some sort of wood inbetween. Should it be there? Where can i get it? Any other deals that you believe would help.
Also what brand are we all using and why? *excluding cost
Thank you

It all depends on how elaborate you want to insulate. That piece is just a repro of the factory stuff, you can use quiet pads, or you can pad the firewall and floor with something like dynomat. And you're referring to the cardboard trunk partition panel which is also available as a repro item.

Lizard Skin works great......they also have a sound deadener product......but it is a spray on.......

I used 1/4" thick carpet padding...spray adhesive on, attach..done...nobody's gonna see it anyway
