There are basically only 3 different K members. One for a /6, one for V8 wedge motors, and one for a Hemi. If you have a /6 K you can use that one with the Schumaker(sp) conversion mounts
Yes, 62-65 b body, 66-70 b body, 70-74 e body 71-74 b body. The differences are the way the motors mounts are on the k frame, idler arm mounting, but all will use the same box manual or power. There is also something else, it's on the tips of my fingers, but I cant think of it right now. Somebody help!!!!
I don't want to highjack the thread but I have a question along the same line. I have welded my 65 front clip (/6) on to my 64 belv. back clip. Are the 318 y motor mounts the same as the big block? I want to weld in bb mounts or use the ones from my 318.There appears to be no diff in the k-member other than the mounts. Any help appreciated.
