That is some classic iron there. I would imagine that some of those parts are still worth a few bucks.
 
I remember when Harry's U-Pull it in PA used to have tons of old cars like this. They crushed them all, and staxked upon one another, and made a back wall out of them
 
I like that guage set up in the truck, that could be adapted to something and look cool

There's a running, driving Stude truck of that same body style, about 3 miles from my house.
 
I can spend all day in a well stocked salvage yard!
 
I think we're going to see a resurgence of these types of vehicles in junkyards. As more and more boomers die off, and their kids clear out the barns, outbuildings, and storage areas where their parents have been keeping these "I'm gonna fix it someday" projects, I think the "I want that thing gone!" demands of wives are going to send a lot of these projects to the quickest means of disposal - the junkyard.
