Interior paint codes?

I'm about to paint the interior textured vinyl trim parts of a car. The Chrysler colour name is parchment (off white). This color needs to be mixed. Where or how do I find the paint code for this paint?

Great site but not the answer I need. As I understand the problem, vinyl restoration requires vinyl paint. When I go to vinyl paint, I get a list of SEM products. There is no matching color at SEM. The best I can get there is a tintable base. To get the proper tint, I need the paint code.

I know that Herbs Parts has a vinyl paint, possibly they have the parchment paint
