Is my 727 a 1969?

Can anyone help me identify my 727?
On the right side it has the number 90248741.
on the left side near the pan it has the number PK2392090L 2782 9050.

I will buy a masterkit and wonder if there is a different between 727 pre 1970 and 1971 -up?

Any recomendation of a good kit? eBay?

If it says 2892090 instead of 2392090 if so its a 69 383 2bbl.
