Is the 68 lower dash pad the same as the AC dash pad for 69?

Was looking at buying a 68 lower dash pad as I planned on putting AC in my 69 GTX. I have a AC dash frame and was wondering if the 68 dash pad was compatible with the 69 vents & hardware? Thanks for any help you can provide.
