I just did a few of these for the neighbors, Took the factory am radio (or am/fm)
and went inside and tapped the amp for an auxiliary input for your
ipod/ iphone to play music. it overrides the radio if its on and plays the device.
It allows you to keep your factory dash and radio and still jam out.
The jack is on a shielded lead (12'' to what ever length you want, I hide them under the ashtray) Dont expect Bose quality though, but still sounds good and gets loud. I can post a few pix later if desired.
Is this something you folks would be interested in?

I guess it would depend on the cost and if it would effect the longevity of the radio.

my buddy just ordered one for his 64 Fury 2 days ago.

I might be interested but I would definitely like to see some pix and I fully agree with Red63440 that is cannot adversely affect the longevity of the radio itself.

Isn't there a place that does this already? can't remember the name...
