Ports look like Mopar but the thing is such a mess its hard to tell. If it is Mopar then the next question is: is it for a B or RB motor.
 
I don't think so.
I would guess very old cadillac/studebaker/ Oldsmobile. Fifties Era aftermarket.
(Much clearer photos needed for definitive answer, no offense).
 
352 and 374 Packard intakes had port and bolt spacing very similar to big block Mopar. Width of intakes were different. I have seen a set of 30" 413 intakes bolted to a 374 Packard. The motors used in Packard Carribeans came with 2 X 4.
 
JUST before my time, WCFB, I believe. # 7004500, which comes up Caddy for me.
 
Cadillac 331 365 390 intake.
 
Hard to tell from the pictures but the angle on the intake flange seems flatter than it should be for a Mopar.
