Since I don't know what factory starters look like for Mopar. Is this OEM style or mini? Picture taken on my back underneath

Yea, it disappears with that starter. They’ll know it’s a MoPar when you run it though!
I wouldn’t get rid of that starter.
The originals were Nippondenso I believe.I looked at pictures online and it looks identical to a 90's Dakota REMY unit

Yer half right. The late model starter also spins much faster.When I still had the stock large starter on my '64 Polara, it took a lot of cranking to start up. After I changed it to a mini starter, it started up like it was fuel injected. It was like the large starter was drawing so much juice, there was not much left for the ignition system.
