Jack hook ID

I found this bumper jack today at an estate sale. I know that these T shaped masts are usually sought after. I am not even certain which car manufacturer it is from. There is a number on the hook. 1380855. Anybody have any clues?

Nick’s was the first place I looked, but I didn’t see any hook ID numbers starting with a one.

When I saw how big the hook was, the first thing I thought was that it came from a C body. A wildcat would be in that same realm.
