1970 Plymouth Sport Satellite Progress Report

Since my original build thread started getting cluttered with nonsense about dealing with the Department of Licensing and other matters for months...

I wanted to start a new thread, In this new year, That will only document the actual progress of My 1970 Plymouth Sport Satellite and the things that have actually been done, Or that will be getting done to my car. This will accompany my general "Car Journal" that has already been ongoing.

***PLEASE! don't remove/close anything. If I'm not allowed to have more than one thread let me know and I'll bail on THIS one.

Otherwise, Both threads will remain active.
But this will contain Mostly Pictures and Straight forward technical details and accomplishments, With less of me blabbering on and on (I'll save that for the other thread, LoL).

I'll be making updates here quite often, And will format this to look better shortly.
Stay Tuned~
Happy New Year!

- Jeremey.

Went to get a key made, And found it costs just as much if not cheaper to buy a replacement lock and key.

Bonus picture of the Junk that came in the Trunk:

P.S.
Does the option to edit a post disapear after a while? I was planning on updating the original post along with the new additions...

Yes it does bud, im not sure how long but that option does have a time limit.. You have a great project going there!

Good news on getting the registration complete for the Roadrunner :hello2: Can't wait to see your progress. It looks great so far....and we all remember starting out on a car just like yours - so there is plenty of help available.

I love JUNK IN THE TRUNK!!! post what you found?? money? drugs? guns??

I have a '68 fury convertible that had the title to a '68 Porsche 911s, a freaky bag full of skanky clothes and a raccoon ice scraper, a hohner harmonica, some going away gifts to a doctor...it was awesome, automotive archaeology rules.

Forgot I put this in the glove box:

It's a spare Ignition Lock + Keys. Seems to be unused.

P.S.
Bummer on the disappearing edit option. Kind of takes away from the purpose of this secondary thread.
Mods should think about adding the option to edit at least the Original Starter Post of each thread. As things change in time, And we may need to make small updates.

Weather has been pretty bad, Haven't had a chance to clear the Trunk out yet.

When you do clean out the trunk, maybe you'll find some old rare coins. That will boost your resto along quite nicely,

And I couldn't pass up a 1968 GTX Drivers Side Fender for $20:

Now I'll be looking into getting a Front and Rear De-Chromed. And an Estimate to Re-Chrome while I'm at it. I'm fine with just having the Bumpers Painted for now while I work on Her.

Further Details About all of this in My Main Build Thread.
