Journey Through Hemiland

Anyone know where I can get a copy of "Journey Through Hemiland" by Pete Haldiman? I've got a copy dated April 2003 but apparently there was a second issue dated June 2004 which had a lot more info (sketches, photos) of the first altered wheelbase cars, which is what I'm looking for. I've checked all of the usual places - Amazon, e-bay, Abe's etc. but can't find a copy.
