Does any one know the proper procedure for me to find out what the points were that I need to correct for better judging. I did search all the paperwork and have found no information that pertains to this request.

Thanks

Hope you had better luck than I did. I had a 1970 Coronet R/T convertible, car was judged by 2 guys who were Road Runner owners, they docked me for things that they thought mine should have, but did not, and docked me for having things on mine that did not come on R R s. last time I ever put car in judging at Nationals.

I hear a lot over that and this brings my curiosity as where my negativites were.

I have a personal view about judging. My experience was at a local and small event.
I was approached when I arrived by a friend and asked if I would help with judging at that event. I had never even thought about it before but said yes and took on the task.
It was not long until I knew clearly that I was out of place being a judge. I know these cars very well but judging with a clear conscience made me feel small.
I think that being judged (even at the high end) is not something that someone needs to lose sleep over. --Good grief it is just a show and is intended to be for the fun of the hobby.---
One can be the best of show when their are only ten cars and place last at a show that has thirty cars.
The top shows and the judges that go with them are just the same thing scaled up.

Edit-add---I don't have any idea about finding judging data for a particular show? My instinct tells me in most cases it is not available. And perhaps for a good reason:icon_redface:

I registered mine for judging...just to get the tow pass.
