Hey everyone, I finally wondered over here. For a long time I have been hearing about stuff on forabodiesonly and never thought there was a b body site. I stumbled across it while looking for parts. I was born and raised in Detroit, now living in St Clair county Mi. Ive had my project car for about a year and a half now. I was able to start the fun mods to it a few weeks ago after what seemed like endless factory style sheet metal replacement. I did the floors, upper cowl and both full quarters.

The interesting part gets to start now, Im building my '68 Charger to be all wheel drive by using a transfer case from a jeep, the front diff and CV shafts from a Cadillac STS and Corvette front knuckles and hubs. It will get a 5.7 Hemi and hopefully the aluminum OD A-833 that I have laying around. Ill put up a build thread soon. Anyway, good to be here. Steve

Welcome to the site Steve. Sounds like an interesting build, can't wait to see it go down.

Out of curiosity, anyone else come across this problem? My inner fender brace was never welded to the UCA bucket. Doesn't bother me at all but seems like some things were able to slip thru the cracks at the plant

Very ambitious project, hat's off to you. I found some interesting assembly line blunders on my `68 Runner on the same fender apron, it was actually brazed on in places not spot welded.
