Just arrived, my new Grille for the 63...

Well, the suspense has been killing "5.7 Hemi" and myself so I finally "opened the box"
Details first, as many of you know, I had the 63 Polara in Phoenix Auto-body, here in California City for 4 years and 9 months with a total paid of $5,300 AND another $1,200 for paint (yup, I bought the paint, hardener and clear coat etc)
This July I pulled the car out as it became evident it was never going to be done, it's essentially a "basket-case" now.
Many things missing including the Front Grille.

5.7 Hemi found me one and it has finally arrived.

Here it is.
PS: I was afraid to open the box but did this afternoon.

The GRILLE looks promising!

I'll send it out to 5.7 Hemi for some work and polishing.

Yea that darn Gremlin, what a sweet little car Mark. With the issues i've had with my GTX of late, id think about a trade for it. But I need a big block in my life. Grill looks good, im sure 5.7 will shine 'er up really well.

I stripped mine of anodizing and spent a few days knocking out dents and wet sanding. Lots of work but worth it. Pic is from a couple of years ago when I first installed it.

Man ski I am so sorry to hear of the troubles with this car. Good luck going forward
