Just purchased my 1967 Coronet RT this summer. Trying to get it dialed in, details are exhausting. Now i'm trying to figure out what to do with painting or coating the existing headers since engine is out right now. Anyone have advise as far as what works and what doesn't?

Welcome aboard and congrat's. Having them professionally ceramic coated would be your most durable, long lasting method.

Just be careful what you say if you don't like, or want more details about the questions you ask on this site. There are some who don't like their knowledge of Mopars questioned here. But other than that, WELCOME ABOARD. Glad to have you. Everyone here is a car **** lover, so the more pics of your ride the better.
