K Frame Tag

Found this tag welded to the front of the K frame of a 70 Sat. Anybody have any knowledge of what it might indicate?

That is the last 2 numbers of the corresponding Chrysler parts number 2962090 which is the K-Frame for a 70 B-Body for use with a 318 or 383 engine
