Is there any difference in the K frames in B body 318 application and a 383 app.? Mine is a 67 Coronet.

No, the motor mount on the 318 is attached with a nut on a upperward mounted pad, and the 383 has holes in the K member for a front to back attachment with the long bolt passing through the mount .
