Let’s see the face with a cap off. ‘65 427 Ford Galaxies used KH 15x6.5 and obviously used the Mopar bolt pattern.

I don't think the Mopar caps will fit on Ford rims, different ID ?

I have used several of the 15 x 6.5 Mopar wheels on my old 1/2 ton Dodge pickups. Most of what I have came from C Body cop cars of the early and mid 1970's. (These wheels were from before the 15 x 7 "Rally" style wheels that are so popular came out.) I still have a few laying around...
