Hey Guys Looking To Wire Bluetooth To My Aftermarket Stereo On My 1969 Roadrunner

Just Wondering Where I Should Tap Into For a Keyed Ignition Source?

The Bluetooth Has an Inline Fuse Already

Thanks

Fuse box have an ACC tab on back for pre 70 models which if being used, could be splitted with a splitt "piggy back" terminal for the new add... and in front for post 71 models, down the fuse box rows ( also BATT ) which can be used with any regular packard 56 terminal and plug.

As mentioned, that's cluster dimmer source.

There is an acc source too on 71 and lates, yellow mold on tan wire, close to the steering column/brake pedal bracket, which is already fused ( 20 amps ). Tipically used for rear deffog, compressor clutch ( via AC control ) etc... if you have an empty cavity on that mold, that's an option too,

I had a hell of a time finding a key on source when I installed my stereo also. I ended up doing this...

after I did it and was finished I found out later they make a terminal tab that you can connect to the end of the fuse while it is in the fuse box.

Saw This For a Keyed Ignition? Spare Post On The Pink Wires. Wondering If Its Okay To Use?

Check it for 12V. with key off. If nothing, check it again with key on.

Yes, that’s what the factory did to connect accessory harnesses. My 66 Satellite has up to two of those a back of single fuse box terminal for accessories. Need to verify that fuse is for a key on function.
