Is anyone running an after market linkage for a 383/727 combo with an edelbrock carb?, if so what part number and how's it working?

I messed with original linkage for a bit. Couldn't get it right. I switched to Lokar kick down cable. Not original looking for sure, but works very well! I found it easy to install if you follow directions and don't slide any pieces off the cable before you cut to length.. They won't go back on!!

May not be the route you wan to go. However, works great..good luck.

I figured my question belongs in this thread.
Any chance one of you guys know if the intermediate rod for a 383/727 is slightly shorter than a 440/727? I've installed a Performer RPM in the Super Bee and have exhausted the adjustment of the ball socket clip at the top of the rod.

Thank you in advance!

Yes it is

By about an inch, I'm guessing?
Would you happen to have this piece?
yes that is correct, sorry i don't currently have that 440 piece individually for 66-67 or 68-71
