Kickpanel plastic identification

What type of plastic are the kickpanels made from? Specifically a 1962 Belvedere. Going to repair some minor cracks eventually. Thanks.

Most likely they are polyethylene or polyester.

Thanks for the link. If worse comes to worse I was planning to shave material off of the top to use as filler rod.

I got it fixed, think it is polyethelyne. Cut a thin strip from the top and welded the cracks with a soldering iron. Melts smooth.

If you have the time to wait for the mail, and don't want to cut pieces from other areas you can always order up a batch of plastic welding rods.
