I have an extra Lakewood bellhousing (scattershield) block plate for $50 + shipping. I had a BAD clutch explosion, but I still have all my toes (Thank You Lakewood!) I bought another Lakewood bellhousing and prep'd this one for my motor & then realized the block plate still on my motor is fine, so now I have two block plates.

Down Side: It's pitted

Up Side: The block plate has been wire brushed, rust-proofed, painted black & all threads have been tapped. The starter "knock out" is still there, so it's fine for either a 10-1/2" or 11" clutch/flywheel. This part is ready to bolt on right now and fits all big block Lakewood bellhousings. New ones are $120, so you can save $70.

Those rarely show up used....if it were mine and still running a stick, I'd keep it just in case. Hang it on the wall out of the way. They don't take any space at least.

Was your old bellhousing ruined? I am looking for a broken, used , abused bell to just start my motor on a stand. I'll be running auto trans once the motor is in the car.
