I disasembled my LCA's on 1970 roadrunner for rebuilding. I removed the adjustment screws and sandblasted everything and painted it all. Today I was starting my reassembly and I noticed that one bolt is about 1/4 inch longer than the other one? I dont undersatand why one would be longer than the other, but need your help.

If one is supposed to be longer, which side should it be on?

thanks

Should be the same.... unless one was replaced and they differ from year to year A,B,C,E,BODY.... I don't think it would matter though and would use the longer one on the drivers side because that side will have to be cranked up more than the other due to the extra weight on that side...... UN less one is maxed out and you need more thread.... when you are done I bet the same amount of thread is showing below the anchors on both sides.... odd though
