...not on a car, but, man, these things are great! Light with out heat! I'm rigging 3 light LED set up in my blast booth replacing those archaic Flood lights that generate directional yellow light, and also make the booth like an oven which translates into me getting hot...its easier to just put my a/c helmet on and do it that way, but, the booth is self-contained and I can do it all day long! Anyways, these are way cool! Kind of pricey I might add, but, the $700.00 blast light (specific to blasting nozzles) with 3400 Lumens LED is well worth it, and, a huge plus in this work I do. But, the cabinet requires extensive modifications to accept these lights, which I'm in the middle of doing!

Any photos of what they look like, Just curiosity...

I put 14 52 watt led's in my parking lots at work they replaced 20 400watt bulb/ fixtures...you can play baseball there ...the light is so clean and bright I could have got away with less...$300 per fixture but damn they work.

sounds like you're doing alright with the upgrade.
