Would like some input on Reliable vendors for:
Manual steering box recondition ?
Windshield supplier
Misc 65 bell parts/ interior visors glass weather stripping/windlace ect
Sill plates
22" repop or rebuild existing Radiator 4 core....440.. .030 over
The correct Oil pan (supplier)
Just getting started with these more costly items ,( more input sought in future)

Firmfeel for steering box. Very good work and long time in business.. Window glass all made in Tiawan by two companies. Shop around. Even Safelight Autoglass some times has deals at their warehouse stores. I bought tinted front glass for 109.00. Dont be fooled most glass companies are just jobbers and all buy from same suppliers. All are bullshiters..
 
For the repop parts......Joe Suchy. Great guy. Bought a lot of parts for my 65 from him.
 
Glen Ray for the repop rad.
Fran at Just Mopar for soft stuff like rubber bumpers, window seals, wind lace, etc.
MegaParts has misc parts.
Joe Suchy is good.
Kramer if looking for 65 A990 type stuff, as well as Crossram Connection.

I got my sill plates in a kit form from Kramer.
 
The sill plates Kramer has have been out of stock for a while now. I've been buying stuff for my 65 Bel II for about 10 years now. An NOS set showed up on Ebay about 11 years ago or so. I got out at about 400.00. Whoever won them had that set reproduced and I bought one of the first sets from them about 8 years or so ago. They are immaculate and still in the plastic wrappers in the PVC tube they were shipped in. Bottom line is if you see something you want or need buy it then...Not everything that was reproduced is always available... .02
 
skicker, you are right.It's was a few years ago when I bought them.Time passes quick.What I think was 2 is more like 6.

I'm with ya...mine were shipped to me on July 18th of 06 from Auburn Hills, Michigan. Guess it's been a little longer for me too...:(
