I just bought a Hurst line lock for my 4 speed 68 roadrunner.Does anyone have some ideas about how or were to install it ?

Just fishing for ideas. Im sure it will not be to bad & thanks for the link Guys.

could someone repost the link for line lock install please? link up top not working, thank you

You could probably go to Hurst web site & down load instructions, your basically interrupting the flow of brake fluid form going back to the master cylinder or to the rear brakes & setting a specific line pressure to hold the car with the front brakes only, when the line lock is applied, it only hold the fluid in the lines after the line lock area were the solenoid brake line fitting is installed between it & the front brake, used mainly either at the starting line or in the water box usually, I hope that explains it some....

Here's what I did. The plumbing arranegement is that I use the solenoid as a tee for the front brakes. I ran a Parallel line to the left wheel and plugged one port on the metering valve. I have this setup working on my 66 bel with no problems. Also the location of the solenoid is neatly hidden. Use the instructions for your brake system type. One note. If you have an auto tranny you may want to use the solenoid to lock out the rear brakes so you have some modulation. In that case the valve location will be different
