hi guys , i have a new project it's a 64 barracuda ( i know not a B body ) it's a 273 with a A904 and i would like to buy a repair kit for the 904 , but when i bought the car it was without engine and gearbox so i found a 904 but how can i found the year of the production ? it seems that kits are différents due to the year , these are the numbers i found on the driver side : 3410637 A 3168 0238 and at the passenger side 0 G 219784 thanbk you for your help guys

Call the dodge dealer neer you and they can tell you the year..... or get a kit that covers all the 904 727 trans made. There's not many differences beyond the pan and filter... all the TCI performance parts fit both.... surf around several places and you will find the universal heavy-duty kits and shift kits

a dodge dealer .... in France , hard to find , lol and Chrysler dealer here it's a nightmare ( unfortunately for my PT cruiser ) !!! , i found kits until 71 , or after that year

The numbers you provided indicate that this is a 1970 904 from behind a 318 engine. If you are using an early 273 be sure the converter manufacturer builds the converter with the correct early style pilot for the crank and the correct spline count for the input shaft of the 904 you are using.
