Happened to run across the link to this. I watched a lot of it. The feed is a little choppy but it was fun to watch. 40 floppers for a 16 car field. Lots of front engined fuelers. A/Gas was kinda cool too with studebakers, kaisers, ramblers and a '35 DeSoto Airflow with a Keith Black bullet. No Super Stocks, though. It's on Saturday and Sunday, also.

I wanted to go, it just didn't work out, I did view your steaming link for a short time... thanks for posting it... That is 1 of the better events for older or Nostalgia cars in California, the nasty Fuel Alterd's {my personal favorites} & I love them old Gasser's too, A/FX's, old Pro Stocker's, wheel standing Super Stocker's, old late 60's & 70's Funny Cars & loads of old front engine dragsters, then all of the typical door slammer brackets, with tons of 50-70's muscle 8's-14sec. ET's...
