Long Beach High Performance Swap Meet?

I wouldn't say so but that's just been my experience. The last time I went(last fall) there were two spaces there selling mopar stuff.

Well last time I went to Pomona out of hundreds of spots there was maybe 2 guys also, so thats a better ratio altleast for the long Beach, lol!

walked miles though the whole Pomona looking for some mopar wheels and people basically laughed at me !!! It's all Chevy... Even light on the ford stuff.

I'll probably go anyway tmrw see what mopar treasures pop up

It’s still fun looking at all the junk but I never go there expecting to find any mopar stuff. Especially early B parts.

Ya I pretty much go to swap meets just to check stuff out. I go to alot of others but have never really gone to the high perfomance one for whatever reason. The motorcycle swap meet in long Beach is a good one if you like bikes.

I won't expect, I'll hope tho!!! Just takes one mopar guy who has been out of the loop for a while clearing out his garage.

You might find a hidden gem, but don’t count on it. I think I found a high performance transmission pan for my 727 there once, but that was it. If your looking for sanding supplies or drill bits, or Chevy parts, it’s a place to kill time. The Chrysler Performance West Spring Fling is coming up fast, and it’s definitely the place for Mopar parts. I’ve always wanted to go to one of the shows in the Bakersfield/ Fresno areas too, to check. What are you looking for?

Not really looking for anything in particular. I purchased my 64 Fury wagon 6 or so months back so I'd be keeping my eye out for anything I may be able to use for that but I've sourced a lot of parts I need already. I also have a 1967 VW Bug, that car is done but I keep my eye out for that stuff. I like to collect spare parts for my cars. I also look for vintage tools, motorcycle and bike stuff. Whatever oddities catche my eye. I'll probably go just to check it out since I haven't been, I often go to the cycle swap meet in long beach and they give out flyers for the HP swap but for some reason I never thought to go until now. I went to Pomona for a lot of parts when doing my VW.

And definitely looking forward to Spring Fling, I will bring my car. It's about ready to be a solid driving project. I went to Fall Fling and it was great but wasn't able to bring the wagon. I had a mismatched wheel situation, got a great deal on a couple 14X6 wheels from a 57 Windsor that I'm using for rears, got a mint dealer brochure, some other little things.
