Anyone go this, how is the mopar crowd ?
Better than Pomona atleast? I read somewhere it wasSlim. Lol.
Ya I pretty much go to swap meets just to check stuff out. I go to alot of others but have never really gone to the high perfomance one for whatever reason. The motorcycle swap meet in long Beach is a good one if you like bikes. It’s still fun looking at all the junk but I never go there expecting to find any mopar stuff. Especially early B parts.
Not really looking for anything in particular. I purchased my 64 Fury wagon 6 or so months back so I'd be keeping my eye out for anything I may be able to use for that but I've sourced a lot of parts I need already. I also have a 1967 VW Bug, that car is done but I keep my eye out for that stuff. I like to collect spare parts for my cars. I also look for vintage tools, motorcycle and bike stuff. Whatever oddities catche my eye. I'll probably go just to check it out since I haven't been, I often go to the cycle swap meet in long beach and they give out flyers for the HP swap but for some reason I never thought to go until now. I went to Pomona for a lot of parts when doing my VW.You might find a hidden gem, but don’t count on it. I think I found a high performance transmission pan for my 727 there once, but that was it. If your looking for sanding supplies or drill bits, or Chevy parts, it’s a place to kill time. The Chrysler Performance West Spring Fling is coming up fast, and it’s definitely the place for Mopar parts. I’ve always wanted to go to one of the shows in the Bakersfield/ Fresno areas too, to check. What are you looking for?
