I can't believe they didn't charge her with every possible thing they could find related, especially since they had no cause of death, no eyewitness tesimony and no DNA (of course finding a hair in her own mother's car is NOT DNA evidence of anything).

What happened to obstruction of justice, failure to report a death, tampering with evidence, etc, etc? I would even use the traffic related leaving the scene of an accident involving a death.

At least make them non-concurrent and put her away for 20-30 years.
