Looking to buy 70 Coronet front sway bar with mounting hardware, OEM preferred but could entertain going aftermarket for the right sway bar. By the way, are most 70 b-body sway bars interchangeable or with other years and/or bodies? Thanks

No. 68-69 B-body are the wide style that go in front of the K-member

70 to 72 B-body and 70-74 E-body all interchange. They are shorter and go through the K-member.
