Looking for expert B body Judge

Hi
Anyone here on the forum a Judge for B bodies at Mopar judging venues? I am particularly interested in finishes of various parts. My GTX is supposed to be very correct, yet I have had "experts" tell me how wrong it is. I kind of doubt that. Is there a manual I can purchase with that information? Thanks for your help.

I'm not a judge, but I have seen examples of discrepancies that had "experts" shaking their head. I know a guy with a 70 hemi Cuda and one of the fender tag screws was bare steel and the other was painted and some said that was wrong. I also heard the LCA color theory. A lot of restored cars have gold colored arms (simulate cosmoline coating), which someone said that's not always the case.

Behind the grille blackout and interior trim colors are probably the most consistent since they deal with the appearance and first impressions of the car sitting on the lot or showroom, but things such as plating colors of a coil bracket or markings of bolt heads might vary from supplier. Design criteria from a functional perspective may indicate "corrosion protection plating" but not specify the color.

Next time an "expert" tells you something's done wrong, tell them "oh yea, let's go look at your car then."
