Looking for my 70 Bee

I am on the hunt to find the 70 Superbee I owned back in late 70's /early 80's. I lived in Royal Oak MI and had this orange 440 six pack 4 speed car. Sold it in 1980 I believe. I dont have the vin. If there is a way to trace the vin thru the plate number please let me know . Thanks for any leads!

I once used an old insurance card that was stuffed way in the back of my file cabinet to figure out an old vin number. Found the car in PA
