Hey Stumper, Looks real good to me.... I need one!!!!!!!!!
Did you build it from scratch or is it a kit??????
also do the front drivers section swing out???
Thanks Bro!

It was in the car when I bought it so not sure of the brand. I'm sure it was a purchased kit though. Both of the front diaginals swing out. Can't really see it well in the photos but the inside rear legs are welded to the frame connectors that are under the car. The other 6 are welded to a reinforced plate welded to the floor and trunk.

Does it have to be a cage or will a 6 point bar do ? I use a 6 point rollbar because my 63 is a street/strip car that see's the track a few times a year. And since you can go down to 10.0 with a 6 point bar and stock firewall I figured thats all I need. This is a kit I installed myself and I am brain dead tonight as I forgot the name of the company ??? Its a big company in PA and I cant believe I cant remember their name. Ron

thanks guys.
I am not gonna race the car, it is just for the superstock-looks.

Do not cut corners on a roll cage. It not only protects your noggin..It keeps these 40plus year old unibody cars from flexing and tearing theirselves apart. My 63 has been a race car since 1971. The doors still open and close with only finger pressure. These were well built and enginered cars but they never were designed for 600 horsepower and 14'' wide tires. I have never been out of shape or had a close call on the track. My biggest concern is the piece of junk in the next lane with stock c-clip axles and 300 HP shot of nos on a stock motor which is usually a bowtie. Most of the time they are way behind me!!
