Looking for Tilt Steering column

Looking for a tilt steering column for a 1971 Charger. This is for a bench seat column shift (auto) car.
Black would be great, but painting is a option.

Just to confirn, this is for a column shift car, correct?
Does it have a ignition switch/key? (I believe the ignition tumblers are different for a tilt column).
Is the tilt mechanism tight?
If all is well can you guestimate shipping to 43567 (NW Ohio - where are you located)?
How would you like payment (Pay Pal/Cashiers Check/Animal Hides ect.)
