Well I was told this was taken out of a 68 Coronet and it's written on the bottom as well but the chrome face plate is apparently for a '68 Polara/Monaco.
I'm needing one that says "Dodge Music Master" since that's what my window sticker specifies our car came with since it's a very early '68 build.
There was one listed here in 2014 SOLD - 68-69 Thumbwheel AM Radio
Then this one looks very close but there's no indentation in the thumbwheel bezel area where the screws go in on each side of the preset buttons like in the above link. 1967 1968 DODGE POLARA MONACO C BODY USED AM THUMBWHEEL RADIO VERY NICE | eBay
I just listed mine over at C bodies only trying to get back what I paid which was $125 + shipping.
Glad I found out mine wasn't correct as I was getting ready to send it off to JV restorations to have it restored.
I'd prefer an even swap if possible.

Not the correct one. Has to say "Dodge Music Master" on face. Thanks though.

Music master is what the radio was called, but "Dodge Solid State" would be on the face. Here is the original out of my 68 R/T.

What would this one be out of? Just curious because this is the one that was listed here in 2014 and it's the only one I've seen with that chrome front bezel that has the cut outs next to the presets when compared to C body ones. The rear mounting bolt even looks like a B body location?

10-4. Appreciate the feedback. I managed to find a model 252 which is what they're saying was correct for 68 Coronets too for $50 so I guess I'll just roll with that one.
