Lower control arm. How much play?

How much play is allowable?? where torsion barfitting goes throuh the lower control arm? One side is real tight where I have to use channel locks to spin it and the other side can be moved by hand with just very little lateral movement.

So I am guessing I should free up the one that is too tight??
