Anybody had to fight to get the lower suspension are out? My passenger side is stuck and will just not move, other than a bigger hammer anybody have an idea?

Is all the tension off the torsion bars?
The k frame is on the floor, dropped the engine through the bottom to remove it.
Heat from a gas torch - carefully, and then apply the BFH.

Looks like you are in the rust belt. May need to heat and spritz penetrant on the shaft for a few heat/cool cycles before it comes out. You may want to source one or more shafts to use just in case you have to get medieval on it and it gets tatered.
Yeap in the rust belt, great advice from both of you. Gonna give it a try.

Sometimes letting the penetrant sit overnight works….gives you some time to cool off and regroup too.
