They are dragging more than I would like. What should I look for when I remove the calipers, and how should I lube them?

Thanks a lot!

Disassemble the calipers, clean, inspect for cracks, corrosion, etc. Hone the cylinders if necessary. Use brake fluid or silicone spray to lubricate. The pads should ride close to the rotors and after brake release, are retracted by the seals, so be sure these are in good condition.

Most shops don't rebuild calipers anymore because it's so much easier to just replace them with rebuilds. A lot of disc brakes that are dragging is because the piston is getting stuck in the bore because of crud or corrosion. If you decide to rebuild your own, do like Matrix says and make sure that the bore is clean and straight. Also get the rotors turned or replace them if they are getting too thin.
