lynch road assembly plant paperwork

found this in a 73 charger i am parting out,never seen one before,does anybody know what it was used for.has the vin, shift worked,and some notes hand written.

I don't think I've ever seen that before. Sure looks cool. Looks like a quality check list. Only they are checked if they have issues. Certain issues more common then others to be checked out before the car leaves the plant. We still have them today followed up by electronic tracking of issues. There is still a hard copy with the car though.
