Magnum Wheel Restoration

Has anyone here restored their original Magnum 14" wheels and if so how did you do the restoration? Is there a shop that does a great job with these?

I was thinking about these guys who claim they restore more magnum wheels than anyone in the country. They charge $190/ wheel. Anyone use them before?
