Is it me?
Or does Mancinni Racing take a LONG time to ship orders?
Three weeks ago I ordered a 426 HEMI dipstick.
It has not arrived as of 06 Nov 2013 (Today)
Monday (04 Nov) a box arrived.
Too small to be the dipstick.
It was a set of water hose clamps I had ordered "weeks ago"
So long ago I had forgotten I ordered them?

Perhaps its just me...

Sounds like they keep nothing in stock & they order as they need it. Time to find another vendor who keeps stuff in stock.

I never seem to have any issues with them, I guess maybe I'm just lucky or something, maybe I just get what they have in stock already...

call them, I would

I'm calling in a few minutes (1245Hrs PST)
They are in Clinton Township, Mich.
m

Every time I stop by they have what I need, been dealing with them for over 20 years.

LOL
Too funny!
I hjust called them.
Its 1250 Hrs here on the "Left Coast"

They can NOT find me anywhere at all in their Data-base!
NO RECORD WHAT SO-EVER!

And yet, I just received an order for the "Hosse-Clamps"

UPDATE: As I'm writing this MANCINNI RACING called me back; the dipstick is on Back-order and my name was spelled wrong in the data-base.

Chalk this up to "pretty-good" customer service!

I don't get stuff as quick from Mancini Racing {usually with in a week or 10 days max, out here to the west coast, after all they are up by Clinton Township North of Detroit area, shipping is more money too, but I like & trust dealing with them}... I don't get Mopar parts stuff as quick, as I get stuff from Summit Racing, when you order Sunday & have it by 3pm Monday, free shipping on orders over $99, if it's in stock or at the {western} Reno Nevada, Shipping Hub, 2 days max, to here in Sonora @ no extra charges.... But I've used Mancini Racing for a really long time now, back when it was still a Direct Connection Supplier, real racers in the 70's {some still today} they were just a family owned shop/store originally, I would stop in when I would go up to Milan, it's under newer/different ownership/management now, not sure when the change actually was/happened, but it's been quite a while now, but they're still in the Mopar Parts business, have been since 1972, I think it was... Truly Mopar Guys who own, race & know Mopar's

YEAH, Mancinni pretty much "wrote the book" on MOPAR and Hemi Racing.
Been in business for many years...perhaps 1972 ?

Anyway, I was surprised "Darren" called me at my work, confirming the order was Back Ordered...

Thanks everyone!

Never Had A problem with them in over 20 years, Good Service IMO don't let one mix-up spoil it for U

I"ve never had any real probs. and I have been an active customer since 74.and still am.

great people...I sent a guy from work there...he was running late and called me to say he wouldnt make it he would have to go monday and that would have put his car out another week...I told him to go there...I called and told them the deal.....they said we will wait...whatever it takes....I have been there since early 80s...mike shank was a great guy back in the day(rip) and would help everyone....his brother TJ or tony is the same way...

Same thing happened to me. ordered a billet rear main, told it was on back order and would ship as soon as it came back in stock, almost 2 months later and still nothing. Called them up and was told that after however many days the order is automatically deleted on their database, and whoever was in charge of the order on their end dropped the ball. They were nice and quick to correct it, but still pretty annoying to have that happen.
