Years ago, a good MOPAR friend of mine (Will remain anonymous, but BIG in the Hobby) told me that sometimes HE would purchase from Mancinni Racing and it would take for ever to ship and arrive.

Well, yesterday, 6th of June I "checked" an order I had placed 02 May.
Mancinni Racing has no record of the purchase
It was an "online" order.

At least the customer service rep re-ordered the parts.

Parts ordered:
Throttle bracket, springs and adjustable rod for the 2 Edelbrock carbs for the Hansen Stage V hemi application.

I always had good luck with them and online orders

Me too unless it was a back order. But they dont charge till its sent.

I always had great service from them, even shipping on a timely manner out here in Calif. thousands of miles away, if ever I had any issue, either a quick phone call or e-mail to customer service dept., usually I quickly got the problem resolved, there have been a few parts, I had to wait for, custom sfi-rated/degreed Dampener & custom Aluminum radiator, a few other in demand Direct Connection or Mopar Performance parts/items over the years, it's Mopar or MP parts after all, they aren't like the millions of other brand-x parts out there, that are readily available at every TOM DICK & HARRY's website or corner parts store... I never had an issue as long as it was in stock or wasn't a special order item, that was drop shipped from a different source/supplier etc., I have dealt with them over 30+ years now, have always have gotten great service... I had purchased a set of $900 62-65 B-Body Max Wedge Cast Iron Headers, that I had purchased a while before & no longer/couldn't use after nearly a year latter, I never installed them & they were in as shipped perfect condition, called & talked to customer service on their 1-800 order line, they took them back & gave me parts credit... That I immediately spent on some MP & CAP tubular front suspension components instead, for one of my RR's, it only cost me shipping to return the parts... They are great for many issues or helpful parts related tech support also... Between Mancini Racing & Summit Racing you can't hardly go wrong.... 99% of all my parts purchases probably goes thru those 2 sites... that's been my experiences & $0.02 cents... Mancini Racing Mopar Performance parts since 1972

I always get an e-mail conformation to any order, I place on-line as a receipt to refer back to

I just ordered some stuff from them last week, first time I've used them, showed up at my door 3 days after I ordered.. but, it wasn't anything super special or anything either, just some exhaust manifold hardware

:beavisnbutthead:

A sizable portion of my Satellite is from Mancini--and the advice I've gotten from both Art and Tony has been "spot-on"--they're true Mopar guys. Also, if another source is offering an identical part for less (even if it's a "sale" price), they'll match it. I've never had a problem with Mancini.

I just go to the store and pick it up, nice guys there.

gotta disagree, DD. i ordered tail light bezels from them and they charged it the next day. but after three months on backorder, i had to fight to get them to credit my account. they finally did.

MY buddy had the same problem.....3 mo to credit his card back!
BUT, I never had a problem....almost next day delivery!...
:eusa_think:
The guy on the phone seemed to be a jag.......

They are pretty slow on shipping for me also. I know I am in CA but I am pretty sure they ship by horse. It took over two weeks to get my package. They when it arrived the packaging for the harmonic balancer was so poor it was cracked in shipment. Sent it back took 4 days then it tokk three more weeks for them to get me new one to my door. They are nice guys but there shipping is poor and also very very expensive. The best is Summit they have real customer service for sure.,

From Mancini's web store,

"Shipping Information:

Orders received by 3pm Eastern time usually ship the same day. Most items are in stock, but some items are on a special order basis and will take up to 5 to 10 business days to receive. We use UPS & US Postal Service for ground service shipping."

My friends and myself have always had good luck with Mancini.and they have been very helpfull

I only ordered twice from Mancini's (both online) and both times the orders came sooner than expected and were exactly what I ordered. Honestly, I am admittedly too giving and too accepting. I'm not saying I'm right, but I give 'em a pass simply because they're battling the odds just to stay in business a) as Mopar guys and b) against all the big chains, imports, mail krder places, Chinesium, etc. Maybe it's just me.

I'm not happy with them. Charged my CC when it was suppose to be a return credit.
They did fix it after I called them.

I try to remember their only human and make mistakes also.they correct them pretty quick

Can't imagine they make every single thing on their site lol so expect it to get out sourced and shipped from somewhere else, I love Mancini and their buddies over at AR engineering. It make take longer to get stuff but who else do you know that goes out of their way to actually engineer and produce special parts for mopars? exactly! so suck it up boys I would hate to think some of you are softer than the mopar you drive lmao

I haven't ordered from them, since I'm only about an hour or so away and can drive down there. Always had good dealings and advice from those cats. For that I'm very grateful.
