FOUND Manifold Vacuum Fitting

I need a replacement for the power brake vacuum fitting for my 361. When I removed the fitting I found that the small nipple for the heater/defrost control had been damaged (it almost looks like someone tried to mig weld it)

so I need a replacement. This fitting is from a 1964 Plymouth Fury but could be found on other years.
