Manual steering box interchange

Hey folks.

Anyone ever put a later b body (1970 manual box) into an earlier b body (1963 power steering box). I realize there may be a steering column length difference.

I want to put the manual box out of my 70 charger that is getting the magnumforce kit, into my 63 polara that's going to live its life going straight, fast.

Yes it will work. You will need MS steering shaft it's longer. They make a adapter shaft also. Just did it on a 62.
