Is anyone else going to to the Mopar Action thing at Maple Grove (Pa.) this weekend?
Chris... Who is that guy? Does he work there?
Not to pass judgment on him because I don't know him he maybe a very nice guy, but he was a real tool on TV at Pinks.
im not passing judgement. i seen his assenine antics first hand. he was worse in person and getting teched by him was a complete nightmare.
He was dieing to find something wrong with my car.
He said he didnt like NYers and saw my license plate.
When i went up against the datsun is when you saw his true colors so i'm not passing judgement.
So your statement about he may be a nice guy but was a real tool on tv is contradictory.:icon_puke_r:
Too bad you couldn't be there Chris. I sure as hell understand, though. I went today and it was okay for a first time event. There were maybe 20-30 vendors and I bought a couple of small things. The manufacturers midway didn't have much ( a few though)but I couldn't stop looking around the Indy display. It might have had something to do with that 572" Hemi sittin there. I kept tryin to tuck it under my arm but couldn't do it. A fair number of race cars. Some of the newer Challengers ran really good. I think the best that Garlits did was a 10.31. Still love those Nostalgia Super Stockers including the SS/AH cars. Show cars seemed to have a lot of the newer stuff. Did get to talk with another '68 Bee owner. Nice car. Also remember a real nice Black/Black '68 Road Runner HT with a Hemi/4spd.
Dad said maybe 18-20 NS/S cars.
