What size bore M/C bore do I need for 68 dart big block with manual front disc and 2 1/2 x 10 drum on the rear? I'm using an adapter plate in order to use the new aluminum style M/C. I'm looking at auto zone NM 1822. Thanks ron

I used a master cylinder listed for a 76 Plymouth Volare, manual disk brakes. Have had one on my 65 Belvedere when I converted to disk brakes over ten years ago. I also run the Mopar OEM front disk (75 A body) and 10 x 2.5 rear brakes. I would need to look it up to find out the bore size. I usually just ask for the Volare M/C and I'm fine. (I have the same M/C on my 65 Fury with manual front disk and 11 x 2.5 rear brakes, since the mid 80's)

FYI, I just looked up the M/C you asked about. If it is the manual one, it is the factory replacement for the cast iron Volare one I have been using. I have the same thing on a Volare wagon with manual front disk and 10 x 2.5 rear drum brakes. I only use the cast iron one as it looks more period correct on an older car, otherwise I would use the newer one.

i'm using a 15/16" bore master cylinder from a dakota truck. works surprisingly well.

When I bought my right stuff disc conversion they recomended 15/16
