I removed the master cylinder from my 65 Coronet, someone has added front disc brakes at some point. Look to be from a '73 Swinger or something similar. Anyway, the brake lines coming from the master cylinder did not have any loops in them, but I notice on a 73 Swinger that I have the lines coming out of the master cylinder are looped before they progress down to the proportioning valve. Is that necessary? Does it have something to do with keeping air out of the lines, possibly when brake fluid is low?
