part #2465214 aluminum- for b block 1964 model for b body car 426 engine its a 1-4 bblmax ports 1-pl short it was dealer installed or available over the counter from dealer.

Was that a mistype or,,,,,,,,,,,,not sure, you said it was for a B-block, but also said it was for a 426????????? also it is a dual plane intake, or at least was, someone has removed most of the wall that originally seperated the two planes

according to galen goviers white book, it says 426 b block??? not sure why

I stand corrected again,,,, you have a different part # listed, I missed that part, my intake is #2465165

yours is the casting #- the part # is the one i listed from his book. iirc.

This is a pretty rare dual plane single 4 BBL intake and from what I know about it the application was for short track racing. There was a single plane 4 BBL available and that was for the long track.
